Covering an area of 1,680 square meters, the experimental center is fully responsible for quality inspection tasks, serving as the final checkpoint to ensure product quality. It is equipped with distinct zones for physicochemical testing, analytical instrument analysis, microbiological and sterility testing, as well as sample retention and stability studies.

The laboratory has introduced Agilent high-performance liquid chromatographs (HPLC) and high-performance gas chromatographs (GC), which are networked and connected to dedicated servers to ensure data security and traceability. For weighing, it is equipped with Mettler high-precision balances (one-ten-thousandth and one-hundred-thousandth accuracy). Additionally, the facility is outfitted with various imported instruments such as dissolution testers, infrared (IR) spectrometers, ultraviolet (UV) spectrometers, and online TOC analyzers, meeting the diverse testing requirements for multi-category pharmaceutical production.
