The General Preparation Workshop has three floors with a total area of 8,900 square meters, including a clean area of approximately 4,600 square meters classified as Grade D. The workshop is equipped with three production lines, namely the tablet production line, capsule production line and dry suspension production line.

CLS166-1776 Negative Pressure Weighing Booth: A closed dust-free operation zone is formed by directional negative pressure airflow, which prevents dust from escaping the operation zone and unpurified outside air from entering. It not only safeguards personnel health and workshop environmental hygiene, but also prevents
cross-contamination of materials, achieving dual protection for both products and personnel.
FSJZ-200 Dust-Free Feeding, Crushing, Sieving and Conveying Unit: An integrated material pre-processing equipment with a fully closed whole process and a designed negative pressure dust removal system. It enables dust-free operation across all processes of feeding, crushing, sieving and conveying, preventing product and environmental contamination and reducing material loss.
LHSG-400 High Shear Wet Granulator: It enables fully closed operation throughout the process. Materials and binders are added under vacuum, and wet granules are prepared through the synergistic effect of mechanical stirring, shearing and granulating knives, featuring excellent granule formation, high particle uniformity and good flowability.
FBG-120 Fluid Bed Dryer: The entire unit operates in a closed negative pressure mode, with inlet air undergoing multi-stage filtration. High-efficiency drying is achieved by fluidizing materials with hot airflow, enabling the one-step completion of mixing, granulation and drying.
LGS-200 Dry Granulator: Integrating powder pre-compression and conveying, roller compaction forming, and crushing and granulating, it features fully closed operation throughout the process with no dust leakage. It delivers high material yield and low energy consumption, and is suitable for heat-sensitive, moisture-sensitive materials as well as products not suitable for wet granulation.
HZD-2000 Total Blender: It is applicable to the fully automatic mixing of large-batch solid materials, and is currently equipped with hoppers with a volume ranging from 200L to 2000L, which can meet the mixing requirements of products in different batch sizes.
GZPS-65 Fully Automatic High-Speed Double-Outlet Tablet Press: It is suitable for pressing round, shaped and ring tablets, and can produce single-layer or double-layer tablets with a maximum output of 600,000 tablets per hour. It enables fully automated tableting throughout the entire process with full traceability of process data

CFM-3500 Fully Automatic Hard Capsule Filling Machine: It can automatically complete capsule feeding, separation, filling, locking, finished product discharge and defective product rejection. It is compatible with various materials such as powder, granules and pellets, complies with GMP and FDA/cGMP requirements, and meets the needs of compliant traceability.
High-Efficiency Coating Machine: It is applicable to organic film coating, water-soluble film coating, sustained and controlled-release coating, sugar coating and other processes. PLC automatically controls parameters such as rotation speed, temperature, negative pressure and spray flow rate. Components including motors and electrical control systems adopt explosion-proof design, with real-time monitoring available to ensure the stability and consistency of the coating process.
DXD-FL1200 Four-Side Sealed Multi-Lane Powder Packaging Machine: It can automatically complete a series of processes including metering, bag forming, filling, sealing, coding, tear notch cutting, perforated line cutting and cross cutting. It is compatible with free-flowing non-cohesive powders, and meets the requirements for stable production and compliant traceability in high-volume small and medium sachet packaging.
DPB-360J Flat-Plate Blister Packaging Machine: It is suitable for aluminum-plastic/aluminum-aluminum blister seal packaging, and can automatically complete processes including forming, material filling, heat sealing, batch coding and blanking. It is ideal for the batch packaging of tablets, capsules and other solid preparations.
SFDW-450 Reciprocating Horizontal Flow Wrapper: It is applicable to the high-speed horizontal flow wrapping of pharmaceutical blister cards, and can automatically complete processes including film feeding, bag forming, longitudinal sealing, reciprocating end sealing, coding, bag cutting and slitting. Featuring firm sealing and neat bag forming, it meets the requirements for batch production and compliant traceability, and is compatible with various composite films such as OPP/PE and PET/AL/PE.
BHD-260 High-Speed Fully Automatic Cartoning Machine: It can complete carton feeding, pre-opening, leaflet folding and inserting, product filling, carton sealing, batch number printing, finished product output and defective product rejection. Driven by full servo systems, it achieves high-speed, stable and automatic cartoning.
