The Inhalation Preparation Workshop covers a total area of more than 1,800 square meters and is a sterile production workshop with a baseline cleanroom classification of Grade C and Grade A for local critical areas.

It is equipped with two inhalation solution production lines with an annual production capacity of 20 million units.

Plastic Bottle Blow-Fill-Seal Monoblock: Integrating bottle forming, filling and sealing in one unit, it enables fully automatic CIP and SIP, featuring a high level of aseptic assurance, low pellet material loss, uniform appearance and stable fill volume.

 

HR-PAL120 Plastic Ampoule Leak Tester: It is used for non-destructive leak testing of individual or linked plastic ampoules on a piece-by-piece basis, and can automatically complete ampoule feeding, positioning, high-pressure testing and qualified product conveying. It features high precision in defective product rejection, with full traceability of process data throughout the entire operation.

 

SFDW Reciprocating Horizontal Flow Wrapper: It features stable operation and high packaging efficiency, is suitable for horizontal flow packaging of materials in various specifications with firm sealing and neat appearance, and meets the compliant packaging requirements of large-scale production.
