Intelligent Production System
Comprehensive Preparation Workshop: Covering an area of 8,900 square meters, it is equipped with three automated production lines for tablets (with an annual output of over 2 billion pieces), capsules (over 700 million pieces annually) and dry suspensions (over 50 million bags annually).
Inhalation Preparation Workshop: An 1,800-square-meter clean room with an annual output of more than 20 million units of inhalation liquid preparations.
International-Standard Quality Control
The Analysis Center is comprised of a physicochemical testing area, an analytical instrument testing area, a microbial and sterility testing area, and a sample stability testing area, among others. We have imported Agilent high-performance liquid chromatographs and high-performance gas chromatographs, which are networked with a dedicated server to ensure data security and traceability. For weighing, we are equipped with Mettler high-precision analytical balances with a readability of 0.1mg and 0.01mg, as well as various imported instruments including dissolution testers, infrared spectrometers, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers and online TOC analyzers. These facilities meet the multi-variety testing requirements for pharmaceutical production. Adhering strictly to the standards of Chinese GMP, EU GMP and FDA cGMP, we implement full-process quality monitoring from raw materials to finished products.
R&D and Innovation
The company has established R&D centers in Beijing and Guangzhou, focusing on high-end fields such as long-acting preparations, sustained and controlled-release preparations, and targeted nano-preparations.
